Delivery service in mainland France
We offer several fast and secure delivery services, to your home or to a collection point.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €50 for delivery in France.
Express Delivery
UPS : Express Delivery In France within an indicative period of 24 hours on working days after the package has been collected by the carrier, directly to your home. If you order before 5 p.m., your products will generally be delivered to you the next day. You can track the progress of your package at any time on www.tnt.com/express and you will receive an email informing you of its delivery.
Good to know: If the carrier cannot deliver your package to you, they will drop it off at a UPS parcel relay point where you can collect it.
Standard collection point delivery
Mondial Relay : Delivery within an indicative period of 72 hours on working days after the package is collected by the carrier.
You can track the progress of your package at any time on www.laposte.fr and you will receive an email informing you of its delivery.
We deliver worldwide:
Shipping from France via UPS. The carrier may not be the same once the package arrives in your country. You will receive an email to track your package.
Delivery time varies depending on your location.
Any customs charges are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
