Refund Policy

If products were damaged during delivery

If you notice damage when opening your package, make an inventory of the damaged products and take photos of them.

Send it all to us by email at hello@trustsociety.fr

Please specify the order number, and indicate "Refund" in the subject.

We will process your request as quickly as possible.

Are there any products missing or defective?

If one or more products are missing or defective, please email us at hello@trustsociety.fr and stating the following subject: “Forgotten, damaged, missing, defective products”.

Please specify in the message the list of products concerned and we will take care of your case.
